Other things to bear in mind, in order to ensure a fun, safe time:
We can have no more than 20 children at a Play
Party or 16 children at a Themed Party (infants 12 months or under aren’t included in the total);
final counts are taken during the party, not before.
Please plan on
arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before your Play (or 5 minutes before your Themed) Party
is slated to start. Our doors may be locked before then, as we’re likely to be cleaning up from our
last Party.
No drop-offs are allowed for Play Parties; in other words, at least
one parent (or your sitter/nanny) must accompany and supervise your child(ren) at parties in our Open Play Room.
However, except for the family of the Princess or Pirate of Honor, you are encouraged to drop-off Themed Party
goers at the entrance to the Princess & Pirate Tea Room and pick them up at the end of the Themed Party, which typically
runs 1 hr, 45 mins.
No shoes
are allowed on the carpeted areas of the Open Play Room – not even for grown-ups; this helps to keep our Play Room as
clean as possible.
There is limited seating
in our Open Play Room because you (and/or your designated caregivers) are responsible for closely supervising your children
at all times; therefore, you may wish to bring some folding chairs for elderly relatives who may be in attendance.
No food on any carpeted area of the Play Center.
So as to help us prepare for the next set of partygoers, we
kindly ask that you and your guests be ready to leave on time. Once your Party has ended, we need to
have sufficient time to clean-up for the next Party. (There is a $10 charge for every
10 minutes -- or portion of 10 minutes -- that you or any of your guests remain past your allotted party time.)
While deposits are non-refundable, in the event that you need
to cancel a Party due to illness or inclement weather, you may reschedule your party at a time that’s mutually convenient
or secure a credit for classes or open play at Little Sprouts.
